I believe that meaningful change begins with feeling truly seen, heard, and understood. My approach to therapy is rooted in warmth, authenticity, and genuine human connection. I value clear, compassionate communication and strive to create a space where you feel comfortable exploring even the most difficult experiences without fear of judgment.

My work is grounded in a trauma-informed approach. Trauma can impact how we see ourselves, others, the world around us and can influence thought patterns, emotional regulation, and the body’s response. I don’t believe therapy should feel clinical or distant—I aim to build a trusting relationship where you feel supported, respected, and empowered. Whether you’re navigating life transitions, feeling overwhelmed, or simply trying to better understand yourself, I’m here to walk alongside you at your pace.

Together, we can make sense of what’s weighing on you and create meaningful steps toward growth, balance, and healing. You don’t have to have the “right words” or everything figured out. Showing up as you are enough.

I strive to make that step easier by offering a warm and judgement free space.

I believe in looking at how addictions and mental health impact one another. I offer a supportive and non judgemental space where you are able to explore your experiences at your own pace. I pull from many different therapy modalities that include but are not limited to Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT).
